At the moment I'm very much enjoying the Goblet of Fire soundtrack, hehe! I wasn't sure if it'd have the same feeling to it without John Williams, but Patrick Doyle has done a truly amazing job with it, and I seem to keep listening to it all the time now A variation of the HP theme has been kept, which is good, it's just a great deal darker than the one used for the first 3 movies. Before this one came out I really loved the music from Prisoner of Azkaban as well... I think my favourite track from GoF would have to be 'Harry In Winter', it's just really beautiful. But I love all of it, really Does anyone else have the GoF soundtrack yet? Or any of the others, for that matter?

I've never bought a classical soundtrack before but from all the praise you keep giving this one, it's made me interested. Is it all classical?

Pretty much, yeah, all score stuff from the film, and it also features the rock tracks from the Yule Ball, which are pretty good as well, hehe

I haven't bought that CD yet, because it isn't in our stores! But I loved the music of GOF and want that CD, and if I have to go to Helsinki because of that, I will go there!

Will have a listen when I am at home. Don;t think the office would appreciate it blaring out at them and me getting teary eyed over Cedric's demise...
p.s. isn't it terrible the way they've titled the tracks. If you didn't know the plot it would be completely ruined for you!

I know But I guess they assume that most people have actually read the books before seeing the movies, LOL!

It can really set a mood, which I love. A lot of musical scores inspire me with my writing.
