Nice purchases there!
Extra yay for Alanis Morrisette!
I bought another compilation Chillout CD. I'm developing a taste for these Air/Moby/Groove Armada-y sort of aural massages.

Yeah - I found myself needing to listen to some angry man-hating songs...gee, I wonder why?
Abient music can be quite gude...especially when you don't really know what you want to listen to.

Well, I think I like Want Two better...but then, I need to listen to Rufus a few times to really get into it.

Hmm yeah... I've gone through phases actually. I was listening to Want Two quite a lot, but after watching some of the DVD I bought the other week I started to listen to Want One a bit more and I really love the songs on it... So I made a Rufus Wainwright Playlist on my iPod so all four albums are together in one lump Plus a couple of songs from soundtracks, ie. Moulin Rouge and BBM...

Yeah...I think his music is a little more complex, so you need to spend time with each album...with each song really. I haven't 'finished' with Want two, so I can't really move on to Want one yet.
Or summat.

LOL! Makes sense to me. I was feeling really depressive last night, so I listened to a few of his songs and they made me feel better...

The Best of Huey Lewis and the News Shaddup But huzzah, I actually managed to find it! Had to travel all the way to Westfield Marion to do it (about a 45 minute drive away from where I live), but nevertheless...
