;D It was only a matter of time It's weird, because when I first saw this movie, I didn't really like it, I thought it was just too weird But since then... I've gotten into such bizarre little gems as Fun At The Funeral Parlour, The League Of Gentlemen and Little Britain, so I think that's des-sensitised me Now I love the RHPS, particularly Tim Curry's role I think what re-ignited my interest in it was seeing this huge all day marathon on Foxtel (cable) a while ago, LOL! And because I was at Adam's place, and he's got "Foxtel Digital", we had it on two channels They had a bit of a time difference too so we'd see the same scenes over and over again So now I have the soundtrack and DVD And Adam has this little 17 minute extract from it on Super 8 film

Ahhhh, the cult film of cult films. It stil happens somewhere around the world every 5 mins, a film is starting at a special cinema screening packed out with costume wearers, waterpistol, rattles, whistles and quick fire quoting. I saw this film at an early age, and found it very....odd, to say the least. But after a 24 hour run on a satlelite channel (and a having a 2 hour delay channel running the same thing 10mins behind side by side) I grew accustomed to it. It's true, I've got a 17min extract of the feature on Super 8 film, so anytime I can watch it on the big screen as intended. I can't do all the fan stuff though, it would mess up the lounge room

I love the Rocky Horror show!! I have been to see it live 3 times (once with Jason Donovan as Frank N Furter) and it is always great!! I know all the right things to shout out and all the word to the songs and always dress up in slightly dodgy outfits too!! Such great fun!! My fave song is Frank N Furters opening scene. Tim Curry is a legend!!

Jason Donovan, eek! Yeah, Tim Curry is the best I've got a picture of him from the movie, in a frame, hanging up on the kitchen wall, tis so cool ;D That's not the pic, BTW I scanned it before but in my mounds of files I have no idea where it's gone

Jason Donovan was great!! He was so camp it ws unbelievable and he gave so much back chat to the crowd it was brilliant! My favourite line he said was: "if I had wanted to listen to an arsehole I would have farted thank you!"

I first saw RHPS at the age of fourteen (when all those hormones are doing their hormonally thing), and it imprinted on me like nothing before. I am positive that RHPS is responsible for my fetish for attractive men who wear makeup and/or fishnet stockings. I'm sort of sad that Rocky Horror sort of no longer has cult status, by this I mean, it's almost a mainstream thing now. I think I preferred it when it was too weird for the general public. It makes me sad to think that the Time Warp has now become a wedding reception band standard. I realise this makes me sound a tad possessive and elitist, but I think that is just part and parcel of being a fan at times. You want something you love to be popular, but not so popular that it no longer pisses off your parents that you like it!
