That was this wonderful, evil, but filthy quote that will stick in my mind for ages! But it might spoil it for you.

Well, picture the scene...
He's just announced his engagement to his ex's sister to her horror. Then after wards he goes up to his ex and says something along the lines of this:
"When we made that announcement, I was looking at your mouth."
"Why?"
"I was thinking, 'I've come in that mouth'"
Deliciously eeevil!!

*ears prick up* David Tennant? Filth? Aww...you know what the first thing I ever saw him in was? 'Takin' Over The Asylum' - where he played a teenage manic-depressive who wanted to be a dj. It was a really well-made mini-series, and it was funny and heartbreaking. Angus McFadyen was in it too, he was gawwwwwwwwwwgeous.

Taking Over the Asylum was an amazing series. I remeber being about 14, and staying up in bed especially and watching it in my room going "wee!"
It has Ken Stott in it as well and he is amazing.
That was my first DT experience and I loved him from the word go. He's just so brilliant!

I felt so sorry for the Ken Stott character! He was such a nice man, and life just kept letting him down. I wonder if they'll put it out on DVD now that David Tennant is the current IT boy... hope so!

I wonder if they'll put it out on DVD now that David Tennant is the current IT boy... hope so! I was thinking about it the other day. I've actually been close to writing to the BBC several times to ask them to repeat it on telly if not on DVD. Maybe I can do that today??

I wonder how old he was when he made that? He doesnt seem to have aged at all.

He LOOKED about 18 or 19, but he must have been older.
Righto...imdb says he was born in 1971, Takin' Over The Asylum was made in 1994 = he must have been 23.
